Thomas Dotzel, Assistant Professor of Marketing
Thomas Dotzel often teaches Marketing Management and Services Marketing and previously won the college’s Distinguished Teaching Award. His research interests include service innovation, services marketing and measuring the financial value of marketing actions. Before academia, he gained several years of industry experience in the hospitality industry in many countries and the marketing division of the BMW Group in Munich, Germany.
