For over 20 years, I have held many roles to inspire, support, and challenge others to become their best self. As a therapist, business coach, business psychologist, consultant & teacher, my biggest enjoyments in life have been watching people and organizations become their best. This encourages me to practice a growth mentality and keep striving forward. I believe that when we are at our best, we individually and positively impact our family, colleagues, friends and others else around us.
I also have an entreprenurial passion which has led to the pursuit of multiple businesses, from independant start-up, collaborative firm with a business partner and being a franchisee. I am also a proud supporter to my husband who is a business owner and my family who has been operating a business since the late 1970s.
Lastly, to impact budding entrepreneurs, I am proud to return to my alma mater, The University of Nebraska-Lincoln. The only way to create a world with more creative, risk-taking business owners is by supporting them in the early stages and nurturing their courage to take the first steps. That is my goal as an Assistant Professor of Practice and Director for Business Development for the Center for Entrepreneurship.
